Failing the test

There are two parts to the test.
If you fail the written test (25 question True/False, Multiple Choice), you will have to retake the course at an additional fee.

If you fail the demonstration portion of the test, and you passed the written portion, you will get a second chance.

When you are ready to retake the demonstration portion of the test call 720-962-8815, Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
You will need to be in front of a computer with Internet access.
We bring you to our computer remotely and watch you retake this part of the test and then we will manually update your score.
